What should I do if I cannot unlock the smart lock with the right password or with the app?

You can unlock the door using a valid access code, fingerprints, eufySecurity App, or the provided key. If your smart lock cannot be unlocked with the right password or with the App, please try the following tips:

 

Option 1: Use the Fingerprint Scanner

For smart lock with fingerprint scanner, scan your fingerprint and wait until the fingerprint scanner’s indicator light breathes blue once. The door will be unlocked within one second. If not, the light will breathe red once. Repeat the steps to unlock the door.

 

Option 2: Use the Provided Key

If you have your key with you, use your key. 

 

Option 3: Use the Force Unlock Method

If above methods cannot solve the issue, you can try the force unlock method:

  • Press and hold the Confirm button until you hear a "beep".
  • Enter your passcode as you normally do and press Confirm.

If you still cannot unlock the door, please contact eufy customer support for assistance.
