Customers may encounter difficulties connecting their Zylker Smart Doorbell to Wi-Fi, resulting in a failed setup process.
Resolution:
If you're experiencing trouble connecting your Zylker Smart Doorbell to Wi-Fi, follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
Step 1: Verify Wi-Fi Credentials
Ensure that you have entered the correct Wi-Fi SSID and password during the setup process. Double-check for any typos or errors.
Step 2: Power Cycle the Smart Doorbell
Unplug the Zylker Smart Doorbell from its power source.
Wait for at least 30 seconds.
Plug the doorbell back in.
Attempt to reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network.
Step 3: Check Wi-Fi Signal Strength
Verify that the Wi-Fi signal strength in the location of the smart doorbell is adequate. A weak signal may cause connection issues. If necessary, consider relocating the doorbell for better signal reception.
Step 4: Manual Reset
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, perform a manual reset:
Locate the small reset button on the Zylker Smart Doorbell.
Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
Release the button.
Attempt to reconnect the doorbell to your Wi-Fi network.
