How to Factory Reset the HomeBase
This step will automatically reset your HomeBase back to factory settings.
Note: If you proceed with the reset process, you’ll have to reconnect the device to the app. Save important videos before resetting.
HomeBase for eufyCam/HomeBase E for eufyCam E
To reset HomeBase and HomeBase E, press and hold the CYCLE button until you hear "HomeBase is resetting" to reset it. The CYCLE hole is usually located at the backside of the HomeBase.
HomeBase 2
Press the “CYCLE” hole with the detaching tool (Above the SYNC/ALARM OFF button) at the back of HomeBase 2 until you hear "HomeBase is resetting" to reset it.
