Resetting your zPhone

Resetting the zPhone:

  1. Power off the zPhone by pressing and holding the power button until the "Power off" option appears.
  2. Tap "Power off" and wait for the device to shut down completely.
  3. Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power button at the same time until the zPhone logo appears.
  4. Use the Volume buttons to navigate to the "Wipe data/factory reset" option, and then use the Power button to select it.
  5. Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Yes" and then use the Power button to select it.
  6. Wait for the reset process to complete, and then use the Volume buttons to highlight "Reboot system now" and use the Power button to select it.
  7. Wait for the zPhone to reboot and then set it up as new or restore from a backup if desired.
